Land Surveyor


We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Washington. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting measurements and surveys to determine property boundaries, topography, and other important information for construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various instruments such as GPS, total stations, and levels
- Analyze survey data to prepare detailed reports and maps
- Determine property boundaries and produce accurate legal descriptions
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings of surveyed areas
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and address any concerns or questions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Extensive knowledge of surveying techniques and equipment
- Proficient in CAD software
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1300 per month

Location: Washington

Preference for Filipino candidates with English speaking abilities
