We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all architectural projects and ensuring their successful completion within budget and on schedule. This is a full-time job suitable for freshers looking to kickstart their career in architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and develop design concepts.
- Oversee the entire design process from conception to completion.
- Manage a team of architects and designers, delegating tasks and providing guidance.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Review and approve project budgets, schedules, and materials.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work.
- Communicate with contractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, techniques, and software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Fluency in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus).
