Information Technology Manager

We are a rapidly growing company in the information technology industry, located in St. Petersburg, and we are seeking an experienced Information Technology Manager to join our team. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations of our company, including managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining technological systems and infrastructure, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our technology processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed
- Oversee the maintenance and upgrading of all hardware, software, and network systems
- Ensure the security of all data and information systems
- Monitor system performance to identify areas for improvement or potential issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors for necessary hardware or software solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to make recommendations for improvements to our systems
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth integration of technology into business processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in IT management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, database management, and cloud computing technologies
- Familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proven track record of successfully implementing IT strategies that align with business objectives

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary package starting at $1100 per month.

Location:
This position is based in St. Petersburg but we welcome candidates from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.
