We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced IT Manager to join our team in St-Petersburg, Egypt. As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our company's information technology infrastructure and operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, implementing and maintaining technology systems, and ensuring network security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of our company's information technology systems
- Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of all systems
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Monitor network security and take necessary measures to protect against cyber threats
- Identify areas for improvement in technology infrastructure and make recommendations for upgrades or changes
- Stay up-to-date with advancements in information technology and make suggestions for implementation within the company
- Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software, and other IT services
- Create and maintain disaster recovery plans to ensure business continuity in case of system failures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
- Knowledge of networking concepts, including LAN/WAN protocols
- Experience with network security protocols
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft operating systems
- Fluency in English is preferred

Salary: $1700/month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a contract position without accommodation. Candidates must have previous experience working at an intermediate level or above. Only Egyptian nationals need apply.
