We are seeking a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures. This role requires strong technical skills, creativity, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and goals for commercial projects.
- Develop design concepts and present proposals to clients.
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
- Oversee the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to design plans.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial architecture.
- Proficiency in CAD software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations in Israel.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Previous experience working on commercial projects in Herzliya or the surrounding area.
