Senior Commercial Architect
Location: Herzliya, Israel


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Commercial Architect to join our team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Senior Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of commercial buildings and structures. Your main objective will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion for commercial building projects
- Develop detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, budget, and timeline
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to plans as needed
- Ensure that all projects comply with local building codes and regulations
- Oversee the selection of materials, finishes, and equipment for each project
- Conduct site visits to inspect the quality of workmanship and address any issues that arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other architectural software programs
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Israel
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Preferred:
- Prior experience working on commercial projects in Herzliya or other cities in Israel
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Experience using Building Information Modeling (BIM) software

Salary: $1500 USD per month
Working Hours: Full-time
