Handyman - Contract Position in Vilnius, Lithuania



We are seeking a skilled Handyman to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. This is a contract position with a salary of 1600$. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks on various properties such as homes, offices, and commercial buildings.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Perform minor carpentry work such as installing shelves and cabinets
- Repair or replace damaged fixtures and appliances
- Paint walls and touch up any areas as needed
- Respond to maintenance requests from tenants and property owners in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Must have own visa for working in Lithuania
