Junior Sales Associate

We are a leading retail company in the US looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Associate. As a member of our sales team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product knowledge and recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This is a full-time position with a starting salary of $1200 per month. Previous sales experience is not required, as we provide comprehensive training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers with finding products and making purchasing decisions
- Provide product knowledge and answer any questions or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
