Part-Time Computer Support Specialist
Location: St. Petersburg, Russia


We are hiring a Part-Time Computer Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to our clients in the St. Petersburg area. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues for our clients. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Set up new user accounts and profiles
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a technical support role is preferred
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking systems
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Russian
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have a valid work permit or visa for Russia
