Crane Operator

Our construction company in Washington is seeking an experienced and reliable Crane Operator to join our team. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of cranes to lift and move heavy materials on our job sites. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate different types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes
- Inspect cranes before use and perform routine maintenance as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while operating the crane
- Communicate with ground crew to ensure materials are lifted and moved safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine the best positioning for the crane on the job site
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly
- Keep detailed records of daily activities, including materials lifted, time spent on each task, and any issues or incidents that occur

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating cranes in a construction setting
- Valid crane operator certification or license preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions precisely
- Physically fit with the ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with ground crew and other workers on the job site

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience operating multiple types of cranes
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for crane operation
- Ability to speak Spanish as well as English
