Factory Machine Operator



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator for a contract job in Bungoma, Kenya. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machines on the production line. This position requires individuals who have previous experience working in a factory setting and are familiar with operating different types of machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain various machines on the production line according to company standards and procedures
- Conduct regular inspections of machines to ensure they are in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Monitor product quality and make adjustments as needed
- Keep track of inventory and report any shortages or malfunctions
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors regarding production progress

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience working as a Factory Machine Operator preferred
- Knowledge of different types of machinery used in factory settings
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
Salary:

The salary for this position is 1600$ per month.
