Online Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Online Consultant to join our growing team in Monte-Carlo. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their online inquiries and providing them with exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online channels such as email, live chat, and social media
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions
- Troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues or concerns
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and handle high volume of inquiries efficiently
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media channels

Salary: $1300 per month (contract job without accommodation)
