Job Title: Hotel Sales Manager in Monte-Carlo
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Your main goal will be to increase bookings and revenue through targeted marketing efforts, networking, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them through networking and regular communication
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Create and maintain sales reports, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement
- Plan and execute promotional events, trade shows, and familiarization trips to showcase the hotel's offerings
- Monitor competitor activity and adjust strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a related field
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong understanding of the hospitality industry trends and market dynamics in Monte-Carlo
- Biometric passport required (preferably EU nationality)
