Equipment Operator - Izhevsk, Russia


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Izhevsk. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes at construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job requirements
- Conduct pre-operation checks and regular maintenance on equipment
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Read and interpret blueprints, maps, and other construction plans
- Communicate effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Operate equipment in a precise manner to complete tasks accurately
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues or malfunctions immediately
- Collaborate with supervisors to plan and execute projects efficiently

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Equipment Operator or similar role
- Valid professional driver's license for operating heavy equipment in Russia
- Knowledge of various types of heavy machinery and their functions
- Ability to read blueprints, maps, and other construction plans
- Physical stamina to work long hours in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
Salary for this position is 1500$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia.

Contract Type:
This is a full-time contract position with the possibility of extension.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the duration of the contract.

Visa Sponsorship:
We are looking for candidates who already have their own visa to work in Russia.
