We are seeking a skilled and creative Pastry Chef to join our team at our luxury hotel in Eschen, catering to a diverse and discerning clientele. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to showcase their talent and contribute to the success of our renowned pastry department.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative and high-quality pastry menus for various outlets, including restaurants, banquets, and room service
- Manage inventory, ordering, and budgeting of pastry supplies and ingredients
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the preparation and handling of food
- Collaborate with other departments such as events, sales, and marketing to create unique pastry offerings for special occasions or promotions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end establishment or luxury hotel
- In-depth knowledge of various baking techniques, ingredients, tools, equipment, and presentation methods
- Creative flair with the ability to develop unique flavor combinations and stunning dessert presentations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with an emphasis on quality control
- A passion for staying updated on industry trends
- Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Salary:
Starting salary of $1700 (negotiable based on experience) plus benefits including accommodation allowance, insurance coverage, paid vacation days, professional development opportunities.

Eschen is a picturesque town situated in northern Liechtenstein. Known for its stunning landscapes, rich culture & history, it offers a peaceful yet vibrant lifestyle. Our hotel is conveniently located near public transportation making it easily accessible from neighboring cities like Vaduz (10 minutes) or Feldkirch (30 minutes).
