Architectural Designer

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architectural Designer to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing architectural plans for various projects. This position requires a strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and construction processes.

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
- Develop preliminary concepts and present them to clients for feedback
- Create detailed architectural plans using CAD software
- Ensure that designs meet all necessary building codes and regulations
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project progress
- Make necessary revisions to plans based on feedback from clients, contractors, or regulatory agencies
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and materials to incorporate into designs

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate technical drawings
Salary: $1000 per month.

Location: Las Vegas (open for Indian nationals)
