Product Merchandiser

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Product Merchandiser to join our team in Al Ahmadi. As a Product Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and arranging products in our store to attract customers and drive sales. You will work closely with our buyers and suppliers to ensure that products are displayed effectively and in line with current trends.

Responsibilities:
- Select and arrange products in an attractive manner, considering factors such as seasonality, customer demand, and sales goals
- Work closely with buyers to understand product assortment and make recommendations for new products or changes to existing ones
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and negotiate pricing
- Monitor inventory levels and make adjustments as needed to ensure availability of popular products
- Create visually appealing displays that highlight product features and promotions
- Stay updated on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies
- Conduct regular store walkthroughs to assess product placement, signage, and overall appearance
- Train store staff on product knowledge, merchandising standards, and best practices for maintaining displays

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail environment
- Strong eye for design and ability to create visually appealing displays
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with buyers, suppliers, and store staff
- Knowledge of current market trends and consumer behavior in the retail industry
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have a valid biometric passport

Salary: 1700$
