As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing a range of hair-cutting and styling services to clients of all ages and backgrounds. This includes traditional barbering techniques such as clipper cuts, scissor cuts, beard trims, and hot towel shaves. You must have a thorough understanding of different hair types and textures, as well as the ability to recommend suitable styles for clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service. You should be able to build rapport with clients and maintain a professional demeanor at all times. In addition, you should possess excellent time-management skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them about their desired haircut or style
- Provide hair-cutting and styling services according to client preferences
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times
- Maintain knowledge of current trends in men's grooming
- Upsell additional services or products when appropriate
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Manage appointment bookings effectively

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Barber
- Must possess strong technical skills in traditional barbering techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele
- Ability to work on weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be licensed in Washington (or willing to obtain)
- Basic math skills required for handling cash transactions
