Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for designing and creating technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will also be responsible for reviewing and revising existing plans, conducting site visits, and assisting with project management.

To excel in this role, you must have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software. A keen attention to detail and the ability to work independently is also crucial.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using AutoCAD
- Review and revise existing plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Conduct site visits to assess progress and ensure plans are being followed correctly
- Assist with project management tasks such as budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with contractors
- Stay updated on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
