Sales Manager
As a Sales Manager in our company, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team in Oslo. Your main goal will be to drive sales and increase revenue through developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Analyze sales data to track performance and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive approach towards achieving overall company objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
