We are hiring a skilled and experienced Merchandiser to join our team at a luxury fashion brand in La-Condamine, Monaco. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as a keen eye for detail. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays and ensuring that our products are effectively presented to customers.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and enhance the customer experience.
- Analyze sales data and trends to determine the most effective product placement and assortment.
- Work closely with the buying team to ensure that merchandise is ordered and stocked in accordance with sales trends.
- Collaborate with visual merchandisers to create visually appealing displays that effectively showcase our products.
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking or discontinuing products.
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure all products are properly displayed and priced accurately.
- Train sales associates on product knowledge, merchandising techniques, and customer service skills.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role within the fashion industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and make strategic decisions based on trends.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with a strong eye for visual presentation.
- Knowledge of luxury fashion brands, trends, and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
