Housekeeping Assistant

We are seeking a hard-working and experienced cleaner to join our team in Nizwa. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of our facilities, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas. This is a contract job with a monthly salary of 1500$. Indian nationals with previous cleaning experience are preferred. The ideal candidate must have their own visa and be able to work without the need for English proficiency. Accommodation will be provided. This position is suitable for men who are physically fit and able to handle the physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms according to established standards
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, change bed linens, and replenish amenities
- Keep public areas clean and tidy at all times
- Empty trash cans and dispose of waste properly
- Stock housekeeping carts with supplies
- Follow safety procedures while using cleaning chemicals
- Report any maintenance or repair issues to the supervisor

Requirements:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning preferred
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills in basic English
- Indian nationality preferred
- Own visa required
- Must be able to handle repetitive tasks
