Online Consultant - Las Vegas, USA (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Online Consultant to join our team in Las Vegas. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using various online communication tools

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through online channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing excellent customer service
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote products or services to clients
- Keep accurate records of all communications with clients
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction
