Job Title: Commercial Architect (Part-time) in Oslo, Norway

As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures in Oslo. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and contractors to develop innovative and functional designs that meet their specific needs. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and ensuring adherence to all building codes and regulations.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations in Norway
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their requirements for commercial projects
- Create detailed design plans and drawings using relevant software
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and functionality
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely completion of projects within budget constraints
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Ensure compliance with all building codes and regulations throughout the design process
- Maintain accurate documentation of project plans and progress reports

Working hours: This is a part-time position requiring approximately 20 hours per week. The exact schedule can be discussed during the interview process.

Salary: The salary for this position is 1700$ per month based on a part-time schedule.

Location: This position is located in Oslo, Norway.

Nationality/Visa Requirements: This opportunity is open to candidates of all nationalities. However, candidates must possess a valid work visa for Norway if they are not a citizen or permanent resident.

Please note that this position does not include accommodation. Candidates must arrange their own housing while working in Oslo.
