Machine Learning Engineer - Ufa, Pakistan

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Pakistan. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems. You will work closely with a team of data scientists and software engineers to develop solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and identify areas where machine learning can be applied.
- Clean, transform, and analyze large datasets to extract insights and develop predictive models.
- Evaluate the performance of machine learning models and make recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning techniques and technologies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in developing machine learning models.
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch or scikit-learn.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with deep learning techniques such as CNNs or RNNs.
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
