Commercial Architect


We are currently hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as office spaces, retail stores, and warehouses. Your main goal will be to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs, budget, and timeline for the project
- Create detailed drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select appropriate materials and finishes for the project, considering factors such as durability, cost, and sustainability
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure that the design is feasible and meets all safety regulations
- Manage all aspects of the construction process, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure that the project is being built according to plans
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on the project's progress and address any concerns or changes in design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a Commercial Architect
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations related to commercial construction
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month for this position.

This job is located in Sheduva. Candidates from Kenya or other African countries are encouraged to apply.
