Commercial Architect


We are hiring a talented Commercial Architect to join our team in Sheduva. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and hotels. Your role will involve collaborating with clients, engineers, and other professionals to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces that meet their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine their requirements and develop design concepts
- Create detailed drawings and models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Select materials and finishes for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications and building codes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to resolve any design issues or challenges
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet timelines and budget constraints
- Present designs to clients for approval and incorporate their feedback into the final plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture projects
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, colleagues, and contractors
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
