Concierge Assistant

We are in search of a dynamic and enthusiastic Concierge Assistant to join our team in Siauliai. This role is ideal for someone who is a people person and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate is an Indian national with a valid visa, but we welcome all applicants who meet the requirements.

As a Concierge Assistant, you will assist the concierge in providing top-notch services to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting guests with their needs, such as making reservations, booking transportation, and recommending local attractions and events. You will also be responsible for maintaining the appearance of the lobby and common areas, as well as handling guest inquiries and requests.

To excel in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and a friendly personality. A positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for our guests are also essential qualities. Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1000$. We offer visa sponsorship for qualified candidates. No English language skills are required for this position, but knowledge of other languages is a plus.
