Computer Support Specialist


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in the US. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving computer hardware and software issues, and maintaining computer systems and networks. This role is suitable for both men and women with experience in the IT field.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and networks
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates, backups, and system checks
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure smooth operation of systems
- Keep up-to-date with new technology trends and advancements
- Train clients on how to use new software or hardware

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Customer service-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with remote desktop tools is a plus

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: US (accommodation can be provided if needed)
