The successful candidate for this position will be a skilled Painter with a passion for creating high-quality work in a timely manner. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for painting various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and furniture, using a variety of techniques and tools. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has excellent color perception and matching skills. The ideal candidate will also have experience in preparing surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and patching. This is an urgent job with visa sponsorship available for the right candidate. Salary is $1200 USD per week.

Painter Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, priming, and patching
- Mix paint to achieve desired colors and textures
- Apply paint to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Ensure proper coverage and consistency
- Remove old paint and repair damaged areas as needed
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition
- Clean up work area after job completion

Painter Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of painting techniques and materials
- Attention to detail and strong color perception skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform manual labor tasks
- Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or formal training in painting techniques
- Experience working with different types of paints (e.g. oil-based, water-based)
- Ability to read blueprints or sketches
