As an experienced Barber, you will be responsible for providing high-quality haircuts and grooming services to clients in our bustling salon in Bergen. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele and showcase your skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform haircuts, shaves, beard trims, and other grooming services with precision and attention to detail
- Consult with clients on their desired style and provide recommendations based on hair type and facial structure
- Keep up-to-date with latest trends and techniques in men's grooming
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Promote salon services to attract new clients and retain existing ones
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Barber in a busy salon or barbershop
- Strong knowledge of different hair types, textures, and styles for men
- Excellent communication skills to interact with clients of all ages and backgrounds
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage time effectively to meet client demands
- Must have own visa/work permit for Norway (if not a Norwegian citizen)
- Must be able to work full-time hours (40 hours per week)
