Senior Accountant

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Ajman. As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic recommendations to improve overall financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations including accounts payable and receivable, budgeting, and tax compliance
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights to key stakeholders
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve financial performance
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Fluent in English speaking (Malayalees preferred)
- Experience working with accounting software
- Attention to detail
