Skilled Handyman


We are searching for a skilled Handyman to join our team in Remish! As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to maintenance, repair, and renovation of buildings and facilities. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $1200 per month and comes with accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections and identify any repairs or maintenance needed in the building
- Perform general repairs such as fixing leaks, replacing light bulbs, painting walls, etc.
- Install and repair various fixtures and appliances such as doors, windows, sinks, toilets, etc.
- Maintain the building's heating and cooling systems
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies for repairs
- Collaborate with contractors for major renovations or repairs

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of various tools and equipment used for maintenance and repairs
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and find efficient solutions
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor as needed
- Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred:
- Familiarity with biometric passport requirements
- Experience working with different types of buildings (residential, commercial)
- Knowledge of safety protocols when handling hazardous materials
