Experienced Handyman for English-Speaking Clients in Shan

We are a reputable property management company seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team in Shan. This position is ideal for those with English-speaking abilities and who are currently living in the area with their own visa. We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs, maintenance, and renovations for properties managed by our company
- Ensure all work is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with English-speaking clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress
- Keep track of supplies and request orders when necessary
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of basic construction, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks

Preference will be given to candidates who have their own visa and are currently residing in Shan. This position is open to all genders.
