Responsibilities:
- Perform various repair and maintenance tasks, such as painting, plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Respond to service calls in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients in a professional manner
- Keep track of inventory and supplies needed for projects
- Follow safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Strong knowledge of various repair techniques and tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Salary: 1700$ per month
Location: Shan, Malaysia
Preference: Malayalees or foreigners with strong English language skills.
Employment type: Part-time
