Architectural Designer


We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in the United States. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for designing and planning architectural projects, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to building codes and regulations. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and construction teams to bring their visions to life.

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed architectural designs and plans using AutoCAD or other design software
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for materials and labor needed for each project
- Work closely with engineers and construction teams to ensure designs are executed accurately
- Present design proposals and plans to clients for approval
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, materials, and technology advancements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience in designing residential or commercial buildings
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent understanding of building codes and regulations
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1000 per month without accommodation

Location: USA (preference for US citizens or those with valid work visas)
