Entry-Level Turner in St. Petersburg, Russia

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Entry-Level Turner to join our team in St. Petersburg, Russia. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various turning machines to produce high-quality metal parts according to blueprints and specifications. Responsibilities:
- Operate turning machines including lathes, CNC machines, and other equipment according to safety regulations and company guidelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, or other specifications to determine machine settings and tooling requirements
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make necessary adjustments to maintain accuracy
- Perform routine maintenance on machines such as cleaning, lubricating, or replacing worn parts
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production flow and meet production targets
- Continuously strive for improvement in production processes and techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in machining is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience operating turning machines in a manufacturing environment is desirable but not required (training will be provided)
- Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Ability to use measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production demands

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with the possibility of overtime hours. The work schedule may include day or evening shifts depending on production needs. As this is an entry-level position, no prior experience is required but training will be provided. Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month, with potential for growth and advancement within the company.
