Construction Manager

As a Construction Manager for our company in Ar Rumaythiyah, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and resources, as well as coordinating with local authorities and obtaining necessary permits.

To excel in this role, you should have prior experience in construction management and a strong understanding of construction processes and techniques. You should also possess excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate your team. A degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1600$ per month. We are open to hiring Malayalees or Nepali individuals for this role. English proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset. Accommodation is not provided but visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate.
