Experienced Turner in Os, Norway

We are in need of a skilled and experienced Turner to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Turner, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various machine tools to shape and form metal workpieces according to specifications. You will also be expected to have knowledge of different cutting tools, measuring instruments, and techniques for machining different materials.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Turner
- Proficient in using various machine tools such as lathes, mills, drills, etc.
- Knowledge of different cutting tools and techniques for machining metals
- Experience with measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, etc.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Physically fit to handle heavy machinery and materials
- Good communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Operate various machine tools to cut, shape and form metal workpieces
- Ensure all work is performed according to technical drawings and specifications
- Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy of workpieces
- Maintain machines by performing routine maintenance tasks
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines or workpieces during the machining process
- Work efficiently and meet production deadlines

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own valid visa for working in Norway.
