Job Title: Turner Technician



As a Turner Technician, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of turning machines in our workshop located in Os. Your main duty will be to set up and operate these machines to produce precision metal components as per technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various turning machines, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines
- Set up machines by installing and adjusting cutting tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces
- Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the production process
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
- Communicate with team members to coordinate production schedules and share knowledge and techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Turner Technician or similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Familiarity with different types of turning machines and their operation methods
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting heavy materials (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)
