Our company, a leading technology firm in Bergen, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network and Systems Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of computer systems and networks, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other hardware
- Monitor network performance to ensure smooth operation
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as backups, updates, and patches
- Manage user accounts and access levels for various systems
- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network related issues
- Collaborate with other IT team members to improve system efficiency and security
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in network administration

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network or Systems Administrator
- Proven experience with network protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, DNS/DHCP setup, etc.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems
- Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V
- Familiarity with firewall configurations and security protocols
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1500$ (negotiable based on experience)
