Housekeeping Supervisor



As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of all guest rooms and public areas in our hotel in Albena. You will lead a team of housekeeping staff to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Train and supervise housekeeping staff, including scheduling and assigning tasks
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet company standards of cleanliness
- Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of guest requests
- Assist with cleaning and preparing rooms when necessary
- Handle guest complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services
- Update and maintain departmental records, including budgeting and performance evaluations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in hotel housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and proper use of equipment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if needed

Salary: $1700 per month

Location: Albena, Bulgaria (accommodation provided)
