Senior Architect - Atlanta, USA

We are currently hiring for a Senior Architect to join our growing team in Atlanta. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring the highest quality of work and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, including site analysis, conceptual design, construction documents and construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients and other project stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions that meet their requirements.
- Oversee and mentor junior architects and designers on the team.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in architecture and design.
- Ensure all projects adhere to building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in architectural design.
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software.
- Experience managing projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and contractors.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta (open to candidates of any nationality)
