Senior Architect - Contract Position in Atlanta



As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects in Atlanta. Your expertise in architecture and strong leadership skills will be essential in delivering high-quality and innovative designs that meet the needs and expectations of our clients. This is a contract position offering a salary of 900$ per day.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring that all designs are functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and requirements for each project
- Develop architectural plans, drawings, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to assess the progress of construction and provide guidance to contractors
- Manage a team of architects and designers to ensure timely delivery of projects within budget constraints
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field from an accredited institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect, preferably in commercial or residential projects
- Proficient in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
