A reputable construction company in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Welder to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for welding and fabricating metal parts according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in welding and a strong understanding of welding techniques, tools, and safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, tape measures, or marking tools
- Operate welding equipment to weld metal parts together according to specifications
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality standards
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and make necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety precautions and protocols while working

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in welding
- Strong knowledge of welding techniques, tools, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Good physical dexterity and strength to operate welding equipment
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1200 per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 8 am - 5 pm. The company provides accommodation for employees who require it. Visa sponsorship may also be available for qualified candidates.
