Master Body Repair Technician


We are a well-established auto body repair shop located in Eldoret, seeking a skilled Master Body Repair Technician to join our team. This position is suitable for men with experience in body repair and no English language proficiency is required.

As our Master Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for performing high-quality repairs on damaged vehicles using the latest techniques and equipment. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough inspections of damaged vehicles and create detailed repair plans
- Repair and replace damaged body panels, frames, doors, and other components as needed
- Straighten and align vehicle frames using specialized tools
- Apply paint and finish to repaired areas, ensuring an exact match to the original color
- Test drive repaired vehicles to ensure proper functionality
- Keep accurate records of all repairs made
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Body Repair Technician in an auto body repair shop
- Strong knowledge of vehicle structure, mechanics, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in using various body repair tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time
