We are currently hiring for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Braga. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and preparing detailed reports and maps for construction, engineering, and land development projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using various equipment such as total stations, GPS, and laser scanning technology
- Prepare detailed reports and maps based on survey data collected
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accuracy of survey data in design plans
- Utilize CAD software to create accurate drawings and plans
- Perform boundary surveys to determine property lines and prepare legal descriptions
- Research historical records, maps, and survey data to gather information about the area being surveyed
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and provide updates on progress
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to land surveying

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Land Surveying or related field
- Proven experience as a Land Surveyor
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Proficient in using CAD software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Valid driver's license
