Job Title: Junior Architectural Technologist

We are a leading architectural firm based in Monte-Carlo, seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for design and construction to gain valuable experience in the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings and specifications
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to develop design concepts
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assist in project coordination
- Utilize computer software to create 2D/3D models and renderings
- Attend client meetings and communicate effectively with all stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, building codes, and regulations

Requirements:
- Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology or related field
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project needs
- Fluent in English (French is an asset)
