We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Monte-Carlo, Monaco on a contract basis. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for assisting with the design and development of architectural plans and drawings for various projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects and other team members to create detailed architectural plans and drawings
- Utilize CAD software to produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings
- Conduct site visits to gather information and measurements for project planning
- Assist with the preparation of tender documents and construction specifications
- Review project plans and identify any potential issues or discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Salary:
Offering a competitive salary of 1300$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job located in Monte-Carlo, Monaco. Please note that accommodation is not provided for this position.
