Junior Architectural Technologist

We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Architectural Technologist to join our team in Clairvaux. As a Junior Architectural Technologist, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to assist in the design, development, and production of architectural plans and drawings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience looking to gain hands-on experience in the field. Accommodation may be provided for the right candidate.

Salary: $1600 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Clairvaux, France

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of architectural plans, designs, and specifications
- Create detailed drawings using AutoCAD software
- Conduct site visits to gather information for design purposes
- Collaborate with senior architects on design concepts and solutions
- Research building materials and methods to ensure compliance with regulations
- Maintain accurate project documentation and records
